• Is your workshop beginner-friendly?

      Yes! All workshops are beginner friendly — no art experience required.
      We provide all materials and step-by-step instructions. Just bring your creativity!

• How long are the workshops?

  Most workshops run for 1.5–2 hours, depending on the activity and size chosen.

• Do you serve alcohol?

  We have soft drinks available.

  You’re welcome to BYO alcohol, and we provide beautiful glassware.

​

• What if I can’t decide what size to make?

  No stress! Your booking only requires a $10 deposit per person, and you can decide the size at the studio.

  We’ll show you the options before the session starts.

• How do I book for a group?

  • Groups under 12 people: Book via our Book Workshops page.

  • Groups of 12+ people: Please email or call us to arrange the best time.

• Do you offer parties or team-building events?

  Yes!

  You can book a private session and have the whole venue:

  • Weekdays: 12+ people

  • Weekends: 15+ people

    Smaller groups can join a regular workshop together.

    For groups over 30 people, we can also come to your venue.

    Customised or simplified workshops are available — often at a more affordable price than our in-studio sessions.

• Can I cancel or reschedule?

  For groups under 12 people:

  • Cancel 24+ hours prior → full deposit refund

  • Cancel within 24 hours → deposit forfeited

  • Rescheduling is free anytime

• Do you sell gift cards?

  Yes — digital & physical gift cards are available and can be used for any workshop or in our gift shop.

• Is the perfume-making workshop suitable for men?

  Absolutely — perfume making suits all genders.

  We offer fresh, woody, oriental, floral and citrus notes for unique personalised blends.

• Which workshops are suitable for kids?

  All workshops are beginner-friendly.

  Most popular for kids: Decoden Cream, Candle Making and Fluid Bear

• Do I need to bring anything?

  All materials are provided!

  Feel free to bring snacks or drinks.

• Is parking available?

  Yes — street parking nearby & Wilson Parking next to the building.

​

• Can I come alone?

  Absolutely — many guests join solo and have a wonderful time!

• Do you accept walk-ins?

  Walk-ins are welcome if space allows, but we recommend booking ahead.

• Where are you located?

  Braddon — inside the ORI Building, next to MooMoo Frozen Yoghurt.

​

• Is there an age limit?

  Kids under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.

  Some workshops (e.g. jewellery) require more care — message us if unsure.
